There are lots of eucalyptus trees (from Australia) all over the northern coast. Probably planted during Franco's days to counter the deforestation. Now they are everywhere. They grow very fast are not very good to the other local vegetation as they suck up lots of water, but they do have a use as wood and oil. Love to smell the freshly dropped seeds in the morning to clear the nose. :)
The beach is not along the way but there are orange arrows in and out. Guess here the orange arrows are deviations, like the orange arrows to Crudillero yesterday.
Sunday morning and the beach is empty. Only in summer you would expect people here.
