My hot meal of the day. Perfect after the rain in the evening. I guess I should have the Asturian Fabada at some point. And the Merluza (hake fish), apple flan, down with wine and finished off with a strong cafe cortardo.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is the apple cider that dispenses from an interesting contraption. It is all over Cantabria and Asturias. Hope I can find a buddy to drink a bottle of that soon.
